CLICK HERE to go to the Custom Rug Order Form or Click it at the top of screen to submit your design,preferred dimensions,shape and any other additional details like a potential deadline or color requests.
Once your request reaches the front of our comission waitlist, we'll contact you to confirm the design, pricing, and estimated production time.
Full Payment is required before production begins. Rugs are handmade deliqutely in batches, with multiple commissions completed on tufting frame at once.

Standard Production Time - 2-6 weeks

All orders are currently made using - Acrylic Yarn, Tn100, Tn200 Latex Rug Glue, and finished with Cotton mesh secondary backing

Every Pilebrain rug is handcrafted start to finish by one person, with carefull attention to detail throughout the tufting, carving and finishing process
Custom Rugs: Production times vary depending on the size, complexity, and current commission waitlist. An estimated timeline will be prrovided when your commission is confirmed.
Ready-Made Rugs: In stock items are typically prepared for shipping within 2-4 business days after order is received.
As Pilebrain is independently operated, custom commissions are accepted in limited qualities to ensure every rug recieves the time and attention it deserves

RUG CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Each Pilebrain rug is handamade and should be treated with care to maintain its appearence
- Vacuum gently using suction only
- Spot Clean with damp cloth and mild detergent
- Avoid Machine washing or tumble drying
- Do not soak or fully submerge your rug
- Allow rugs to air dry completely if damp
- Avoid excessive pulling on individual yarn strands (Use a pair of scissors instead)
